What started out as a personal health journey, became a lifelong practice. After graduating college with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, I was at the lowest, unhealthiest point in my life. Knee, back, and shoulder injuries, left me in chronic pain. Meanwhile, traumatic brain injuries from repetitive concussions, left me a shell of myself. I was supposed to be a collegiate athlete, yet I suffered from chronic migraines, insomnia, memory loss, and cognitive challenges. It took daily and deliberate practice to achieve overall health and wellness. Nutrition, sleep, movement, and meditation practices all played vital roles in that process. So much so, that I still continue to practice them to this day.
I’ve spent over 20 years in the health and wellness industry as an athlete, and over 10 years as a coach. It is my privilege to empower and educate individuals to become the best versions of themselves.
